During therapy with Carla, Sam has been given tasks to work on at home and has also been provided with suggestions on how to improve his classroom performance in so far as it relates to activities involving fine motor skills. The targeted nature of this style of therapy means it has measurably improved Sam’s educational performance.
With Tanya’s assistance, Sam has improved dramatically in the past six months. The rate of progress Sam has experienced during six months of school-based occupational therapy far exceeds that which he experienced whilst attending therapies in private clinic rooms and at the hospital during therapy sessions spanning five years.
